These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Claude Architect Cohort website, application form, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated under the sapta.com domain ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By submitting an application, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are submitting it on your own behalf.

2. Applications and Admissions

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission to any cohort, program, or service. Admission decisions are made at our sole discretion. We may contact you using the details you provide to discuss your application or upcoming intakes. Cohort sizes, schedules, curriculum, pricing, and start dates may change without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are and will remain our exclusive property and that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent. Product and company names referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
